Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman was an American female gymnast, and captain for her team in the US female Olympic gymnastics the 2012 Fierce Five team as well as in the year 2016. In 2016, she was part of the Final Five. At the 2012 Olympics she won gold in both floor for the team and in individual competitions. Bronze was taken with the balance bar. She was the first Olympic gymnast with the highest number of medals. Her gold medal at the Olympics in 2016 marked the second consecutive gold medal for the United States team. It made her and fellow teammate Gabby one of the very first Americans to accomplish this achievement. Also, she received silvers for individual all-around and floor exercises. The three years that passed between the Olympic Games she won, she took a break. Gold medal winner American team also took home 2 World Championships. At the age of 2 She began learning gymnastics. Her favorite sport is floor exercise. Aly has a strong support for her favorite charity, the Uniting Against Lung Cancer organization to commemorate her grandmother who passed away from cancer. She hopes to build a career from fashion. Aly would like to expand her line of leotards as well as her socks. Fierce will be out in the summer of this year.
